At Corston, we want you to be completely satisfied with your architectural hardware; if a piece isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original individual boxes and secure them in a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
